Filling it in
Copy the operator's details exactly as the cashier page shows them: primalac, račun primaoca, and poziv na broj. Of the three, the reference number is the one to get right: it is the only thing connecting the payment to your account, and a mistyped one leaves the money unallocated until somebody traces it manually.
Not instant
It is not instant: the money arrives when the payment is processed, which depends on the counter and the hour. The post office or bank takes its own fee for the service, and that fee is theirs rather than the operator's. Hold the stamped receipt until you see the balance change — it is the only proof there is.
How winnings leave
Winnings do not come back on a slip. They arrive as a bank transfer to an account in your name, or as cash at a counter where the operator runs shops.
