Bonus Codes at Licensed Serbian Bookmakers: How They Work

A promo code is how you tell the operator which offer to apply. Some welcome offers need one, others are credited without it; the terms page says which of the two you are dealing with.

The sources

Codes appear on the operator's own promotions page, in its app, in e-mails to registered players, and on partner sites. A code from anywhere else is worth checking against the operator's own terms before you rely on it.

The two places it goes

Welcome codes normally belong in the sign-up form; a reload or free-bet code goes in the cashier or the promotions section of the account. Miss the box at registration and the offer is not added later — which is the commonest way a bonus goes missing.

What a code does not do

The code chooses which promotion applies — it does not alter what that promotion asks for. The rollover, the minimum odds and the deadline are the same whether you arrived with a code or without one. The arithmetic is in the rollover guide.

Not all codes are the same

Registration codes — entered in the sign-up form, and the only moment they work.
Deposit codes: typed into the cashier as the payment is made.
Free-bet and reload codes — applied from the promotions area of an existing account.

When it does not work

Most failures are one of four things: expiry, new-customer-only terms, a restriction to a market or payment method, or an unmet minimum deposit. The cashier rarely says which. Ask support before the second deposit, because a deposit made without the offer attached is rarely fixable afterwards.
