How it goes
Bring the account identifier from the cashier page; it is a number, not the name you log in with. Pay at the counter, then check on your phone that the balance changed before you walk away. That last step takes ten seconds and saves a support ticket.
Limits

How winnings leave
At most operators AltaPay is a deposit route only, so plan the exit before the first payment: a bank transfer to an account in your own name, or cash at a betting shop where the operator has them. The withdrawals guide sets out both.
The limits of the exchange office
The exchange office accepts the money and confirms the transfer — that is all it does. It cannot see your betting account, cannot correct an identifier you gave wrong, and cannot answer a question about a bonus or a withdrawal. All of those belong to the operator's support, and the useful thing to bring them is the receipt: the time, the amount and the identifier you used.
